Howdy Jason,

Unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem.

Microsoft does not allow me to sign in (no response after signing in - all the same saying 'activate' or 'sign in'). I bought Office 365 in December and it installed on my new laptop.

After doing 'choose online repair' now it'south request me to activate and I have until January 26 to have it free (I suppose). I chose to fifty-fifty enter my product key but the computer says 'information technology's already entered in this computer'.

I've been online with remote help from Simply Answer for over 2 hrs terminal night. There was a malware preventing me from activating (PC Drivers Headquarters) my Microsoft account. Nosotros uninstalled and reinstalled. It Activated.

However, the initial trouble is still there: That I am prompted to login all the time and cannot save.  Support suspected information technology may take to practice with my Anti virus software. afterwards disabling it, the computer was restarted and I lost remote communication. Now I cannot activate my anti virus and cannot open Microsoft Office. - no response....I am going to hire a physical person to help me.

Thank you for offering me your communication.

Did y'all find an expired trial version installed aslope your full version? This is an important step to ensure that yous aren't trying to "fix" a version that can't exist fixed...

To prevent Word from trying to admission online services, articulate the selection "Prove additional places for saving, even if sign-in may be required" at File | Options | Save. (As Doug has already suggested, you should likewise select the pick "Save to Computer by default" in that same dialog box.)
